INTERIOR
This turn-of-the-century apartment is located in Neukölln and has around 98 m². Three rooms, including a large living and dining area with a fitted kitchen, a large daylight bathroom with bathtub and shower and a guest toilet make up the generous space. All rooms and bathrooms are accessed separately through the hallway. A balcony in front of the study / bedroom rounds off the space very nicely.

The rooms are defined by classic turn-of-the-century details. High rooms, plus typical windows divided by bars in double or triple rows, large and wide solid wood doors and richly decorated walls; Show how wonderful the spatial proportions succeed.

The apartment extends from Reuterstraße to the green inner courtyard. The location on the 1st floor facing Reuterstraße with the double row of avenue trees is special.

The architecture of the building is typically historic. An apartment building with main building and side wing, green inner courtyard, regularly structured facade with windows and balconies, massive roof landscape and centrally arranged entrance door.

The entire building ensemble is held in blue-gray and the window openings are surrounded by white plaster frame accents. This gray-white color concept is also continued in the stairwell. All old, preserved elements such as banisters, handrails, apartment doors, doorbell boards etc. have been carefully refurbished and result in a coherent, creative overall picture. The burgundy sisal runner with brass rods creates an exciting color contrast and insulates the footfall noise at the same time - living in an old building with the flair of yesterday and today.
